The buyer has up to 14 days to initiate a return upon receipt. To initiate a return, please send the reason why and purchase order number details to golfballmonkey@gmail.com.   After 14 days, explicit approval is required to initiate a return.   Please send an email to golfballmonkey@gmail.com for return approval.

When your return request is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label from golfballmonkey@gmail.com.  Typically within the 14 day window, Golf Ball Monkey will cover the shipping charges.  Outside the 14 day return window, who covers the shipping costs depends on why you’re returning it.

You’ll also receive a date by which you should ship the item back. You can find this date in the details of your return request which will be provided by golfballmonkey@gmail.com  If the item is not sent back by this date Golf ball Monkey LLC may close the request and you will not receive a refund.

Keep in mind that the condition of the item you send back to Golf Ball Monkey  is important, so repack it carefully. If you return the item used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, Golf Ball Monkey may deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.

Once Golf Ball Monkey receives the item back from you we will issue your refund within  2 business days. When a refund is issue, you’ll receive an email letting you know.

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.

At Golf Ball Monkey, we pride ourselves on our hassle-free buying process that is trustworthy and safe for both parties. Once we have established contact with you, we discuss the quantities we accept, our pricing model and how the golf balls should be prepared prior to shipping. We then have a simple 4-step process, which includes, preparation, packing, stacking, and shipping.

STEP 1: Preparation

When buying used golf balls, we do not require that they are cleaned or sorted. However, ProVʼs should be separated out as they drive the overall price. Refurbished, 332, 392 and practice ProVʼs may remain in, but do not have the same pricing.

STEP 2: Packaging

Balls should be packaged in quantities of 600 per bag. The bags should then be loaded onto pallets; each pallet can carry 30 -35 bags. Typical bags used for packaging include the 24×40» white poly plastic bags

STEP 3: Stacking

You will need to deliver the golf balls to the recommended freight center. GBM will provide a BoL with freight quote number. It is your responsibility to stack the golf ball bags on standard 40X48 inch skid with 30/35 bags per skid.

STEP 4: Shipping

GMB will cover the cost of shipping large quantities. GBM will wire 50% of the funds once a freight tracking number is provided and the remaining 50% once the golf balls are received. We maintain working relationships with several freight companies to ensure the cheapest delivery cost and the typical turnaround in final payment is less than 48 hours once received.
